Kevin has extensive experience in accessing and managing grants, including contributions from Section 106 agreements, the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, and Big Lottery grants. He served as a senior officer in the Royal Navy before transitioning to consultancy roles. He is currently Managing Consultant at CMC Partnership Consultancy Ltd and has held leadership positions in local governance, including Chairman of Norton-Juxta-Kempsey Parish Council and Norton Parish Hall Trustees.
